Terms Of Use
The ground rules for using this site and the tools on it.
1. Who Operates This Site
InstantlyProtected.com is a marketing and quote-request website owned and operated by Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group), a licensed insurance agency. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance; coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy.
2. Information, Not Advice
Educational content, statistics, calculators and sample figures are general information from the sources cited where they appear. They are not legal, tax or medical advice, and they are not a guarantee of premiums, eligibility or benefits, which are determined by the issuing carrier. Any rate shown is illustrative until the carrier confirms it.
3. Products
Life insurance products are underwritten and issued by the insurance carriers we are appointed with. Coverage amounts, availability, premiums and riders depend on the carrier, your state and your application. Policy terms control. "Guaranteed" describes acceptance within a product's stated issue ages and amounts; a graded death benefit may apply in the first policy years as described in the policy.
4. Quoting Tools
Some tools are provided by carriers and licensed third-party platforms. When you choose to quote or apply on your own we tell you before the tool opens; that platform's terms and privacy policy apply to what you enter there.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not scrape or republish site content for commercial use without permission, submit false information, or interfere with the site.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content and design are owned by or licensed to Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group). Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their owners, shown to identify carriers we are appointed with; their appearance does not mean a carrier endorses this site.
7. Electronic Communications
By submitting a form you agree to receive communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
8. Disclaimer And Limitation
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of accuracy and fitness and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights under an insurance policy or applicable insurance law.
9. Governing Law
Florida law governs; disputes are brought in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless your state's law requires otherwise.
